Choosing a model
Teams calling through a Danish operator using Operator Connect, Direct Routing over a SIP trunk, or a hosted PBX if you do not use Teams.
The phone is still the channel customers reach for when something is urgent, so it has to be dependable rather than merely cheap. We move telephony out of the old on-site switchboard and into the cloud, letting staff take customer calls in Teams on a computer or mobile wherever they are, and ensuring an office internet outage does not silence the line.
Telephony and connectivity are treated as one: numbers, call routing, internet links and what happens when something fails.

Main number, direct dial numbers and moving existing numbers from your current provider.
Welcome message, menu, queues, opening hours that respect Danish public holidays and forwarding to mobiles.
Call recording where there is a clear purpose, with callers informed and access restricted in line with GDPR.
An incoming call opens the customer record, and the conversation is logged in its history.
A 4G/5G router on a different network, plugged in by your own staff following our guide and configured by us remotely.
The setup itself takes a few days. Number porting usually takes a couple of weeks and needs both operators to cooperate.
Which numbers, which switchboard, who answers which calls and how Teams is used today.
Numbering plan, queues, opening hours and what happens outside working hours.
Licences, operator agreement, porting and call flows. You order headsets and desk phones yourself, and we provision them remotely.
We call through every scenario, including with the office internet disconnected, before the port goes live.
The backup connection should come from a different company and ideally use a different technology. Two fibre lines from the same provider typically enter the building through the same duct, and one careless digger cuts both. A plain pairing of fibre and mobile data looks modest but beats many costly setups for resilience.
In most cases, yes. Porting usually takes a couple of weeks and requires your existing provider to release the numbers. If a number is printed on vans, signs and your website, we start early and keep the old service running until everything has been tested.
It can help with complaints and training, but recordings are personal data. Callers must be told, the purpose must be documented, and access and deletion periods must be controlled. We set up both the technology and the paperwork, so you can explain your approach to Datatilsynet.
With Teams calling, the switchboard lives in the cloud rather than in the office. Calls can still be answered on mobiles over mobile data, and queues can divert automatically to mobile numbers. The backup connection keeps the office working until the fibre is restored.
