You pay one fixed monthly amount for an agreed list of tasks, with response times written into the contract. Every bit of support and operations is delivered remotely, so there are no travel surcharges and no billable hours spent on the motorway. All figures are in Danish kroner and exclude VAT.

Four ways to buy IT operations
Basis, Standard and Premium carry a fixed monthly fee and differ mainly in response time. A dedicated team suits organisations wanting named engineers and capacity held in reserve for them alone.
For a small firm where IT has so far fallen to whichever colleague is most technical. We take over staff requests, keep Microsoft 365 and every laptop patched, and resolve issues over a secure remote connection.

Your whole environment under one contract: staff devices, servers in the cloud or in your own comms room, the network and backups. If a cable needs swapping on site, our engineer talks your local contact through it step by step.

on request
We begin with a conversation about the work, then send a concrete proposal
We charge according to workload, never according to turnover. Six things decide where you end up.
Users and devices
The biggest single factor. We count people with a Microsoft 365 account plus the PCs, laptops and phones that Intune has to keep patched.
Servers and cloud estates
Priced separately. A data centre server, an Azure subscription or a VPS needs patching, monitoring and a backup check every single month.
Hours of cover
This is where the range is widest. Weekday help from 8 to 5 costs far less than an on-call line that answers at three in the morning.
Response time
Faster costs more. Four hours, one hour or fifteen minutes. The last one needs a rota of engineers, not one person with a phone in a pocket.
Reporting duties
Relevant under NIS2 and GDPR. Log exports, board reports and evidence for your auditor or an ISAE 3402 statement all take time, and that time is built into the fee.
Condition on day one
Felt in the early months. An estate with no documentation, stale accounts and missing updates has to be tidied first. After that, the workload drops.
Licences and hardware sit outside the monthly fee. What you pay for is work: support, operations, monitoring and maintenance. Microsoft 365 licences, software and larger projects such as a migration are invoiced on their own and only once you have approved them. If something physical needs doing, a disk swap for instance, your caretaker or local supplier handles it while our engineer talks them through it.

Quarterly summary for the board
A dedicated team is quoted to fit. If you want permanent engineers, a named contact and reserved capacity, we price it from your task list. One-off jobs without a plan are charged at DKK 895 per hour excl. VAT.
Getting your own figure
From first contact to signed agreement usually takes 5 to 10 working days. The IT review costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
01
A short call
Fifteen minutes on Teams covering users, servers, key systems and when you need us.
02
Remote IT review
With your permission we run a scanning tool and look over Microsoft 365, servers and backup. The report is yours whether or not you sign.
03
Quote and scope
You receive a price and a plain list of what the monthly fee includes and what is invoiced on top.
04
Contract and handover
Response times, responsibilities and a data processing agreement go into writing. Then we take over and document your estate.
Pricing questions
No. Every amount here is in Danish kroner and excludes VAT (moms), because our customers are mostly businesses. Public bodies can receive an e-invoice through NemHandel addressed to their EAN number.
Nothing changes. The fee does not depend on ticket volume, since a normal level is priced in from the start. If you grow for good, say by hiring fifteen people, we agree a new figure for the coming period. You will never get a retrospective bill for months already past.
Yes, because the first month goes on mapping and cleaning up your environment. The term is stated in the quote, and the agreement can be ended with notice. The contract also spells out how access, documentation and backups are handed back, so you are never left without the keys.
Certainly. Plenty of customers keep an in-house IT person for day-to-day user help and hand us servers, backup and security. Others use us purely as an out-of-hours line. We shape the agreement around what you already have.
At DKK 895 per hour or as a fixed project sum, and only after you have agreed in writing. We never start on something outside the agreement off our own bat and send an invoice afterwards.
No. We work entirely remotely, which is part of why the prices look the way they do. The vast majority of faults are fixed over a secure remote connection. When a physical part has to be replaced, our engineer walks your own colleague or local supplier through it step by step on Teams.
