Case studies

We hold admin rights to our customers' Microsoft 365 tenants, servers and backups. That is why we sign a confidentiality agreement before we log in for the first time, and why you will find no names or logos below. What remains: sector, headcount, region, the problem and the numbers afterwards.

Six problems, six industries

Each example comes from a real engagement. We have stripped out only what could identify the customer: name, town, products and turnover.

Why there are no names

It is not modesty, nor a shortage of customers. It follows from the kind of work we do.

We know too much

Running someone's IT means admin accounts, data access and a clear view of weak spots. Publishing who runs what would hurt the customer before anyone else.

Confidential from day one

A confidentiality agreement and a data processing agreement come with every contract as standard. Many also forbid us from saying we work together at all.

What we offer instead

By arrangement, we connect you with a current customer in a similar sector, provided they agree. Fifteen minutes on the phone beats a wall of logos.

A logo on a supplier's website tells you nothing about quality. All it proves is that a contract was signed at some point. How the relationship went, and how it ended, is invisible in a picture. A conversation with someone who works with us today will tell you far more.

How we measure outcomes

So that a case never boils down to "things got better", we write the starting point down before any work begins.

01

Baseline

We log where things stand: ticket counts, downtime, error rates or manual hours. Without a baseline there is nothing to compare against.

02

Agreed target

Together we define success: quicker goods-in, fewer repeat faults, a supplier assessment that passes.

03

Work in stages

You sign off each stage, so progress is visible along the way rather than only at the finish.

04

Measure again

We compare with the baseline. If the figure has not shifted, we say so plainly and dig into why.

Questions about our case studies

No, and that will not change. What we can do is set up a reference call with an existing customer, if they are willing. That lets you ask the questions that actually matter to you.

Modern network kit records most of what we need: signal strength, roaming, errors and load. We read that data remotely and draw up a plan. Physical jobs, such as relocating an access point, are done by the customer's own electrician while our engineer joins on Teams and checks the result straight away.

Book the free IT review. It takes 5 working days, and the report shows our standard clearly: what we found, how we wrote it up and the order in which we suggest fixing things. A test on your own environment says more than any case study.

Ask us straight out on the first call and you will get an honest answer. IT estates look much alike across industries, so limited sector experience is rarely a problem. If the job hinges on specialist knowledge we lack, we will tell you before you sign.

Yes, on your template or ours. Plenty of companies send one over before we have even spoken, so they can talk freely about their problems. We think that is entirely sensible.

Tell us about your challenge

Describe the situation and we will tell you frankly whether we have solved something similar and how it turned out. Happy to sign an NDA before you share details.
