The ad click
We speed the page up. On a phone it takes too long before anything appears.
We are not an ad agency, and we will not run your campaigns. Our job is the part agencies rarely get round to: making sure Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn still record conversions once the cookie banner has done its work, that every lead reaches the CRM tagged with its source, and that you can trace each krone of spend to revenue. Without that, budgets get split by gut feeling.
Two linked services: first we locate where the money leaks out, then we build the flow that keeps it in.
We review Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, your ad accounts and the consent banner, then work out a cost per enquiry for every channel. Quite often conversions are simply not being counted, and a perfectly good channel has been written off on bad numbers.
We map how your team actually sells and mirror those stages in a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Dynamics 365. Web forms, calls and email all land in one place with the origin stored, so reports show how many deals you won and where each one started.
Some drop-off at each step is normal. The trouble starts when nobody knows which step is the expensive one.

We configure Consent Mode properly. Declined cookies currently hide around half of all conversions.
We trim fields and block spam. Visitors are asked for far more than sales ever uses.
Leads go straight into the CRM. Right now they sit in one person's inbox and get forgotten.
We agree a reply time and track it. The prospect got a call the next day and had already signed elsewhere.
The source travels all the way to the invoice. Nobody can tell whether an order came via LinkedIn, Trustpilot or a referral.
Before raising your ad budget, measure how many leads you are already losing. A form that breaks on iPhones, or alerts still going to a colleague who left last year, will swallow any extra traffic. We come across this at roughly every second client.
About two weeks with read-only access to your tools, all done remotely. You receive a report with recommendations ranked by impact.
We confirm that every key action is recorded and that GA4 figures agree with the number of leads actually sitting in the CRM.
Cost per lead and per order, channel by channel. The cheapest leads frequently turn out to generate the least revenue.
We submit our own enquiries from a phone and a laptop, then note whether they arrive and how long a reply takes.
Findings ordered by revenue effect and effort. There are always a few fixes that cost next to nothing.
No, and we would rather say so up front. We own the technical, measurable side: tracking, integrations, CRM and site speed. We are happy to work alongside your agency, and an independent review tends to lift their results as well.
We build tracking that honours consent, for instance with Cookiebot or a similar banner plus Google Consent Mode v2. Tags only fire after the visitor agrees, and we help you document the set-up in case Datatilsynet or a customer asks.
Yes, though the picture will have gaps. Without a CRM nobody can follow a lead through to payment, so the real return on a channel stays unknown. In that situation a CRM goes to the top of our recommendations.
Faults like a dead form or alerts that never arrive are fixed within days, and the effect is immediate. A new pipeline and full attribution prove their worth after one or two months, once there is enough data to compare.
We are not lawyers, but we flag the technical points that often cause trouble: newsletter sign-ups with no recorded consent, pre-ticked boxes and reviews gathered in a biased way. Legal judgement stays with your adviser.
Tell us which channels you use and what puzzles you. We will check your tracking and walk the customer journey ourselves, from ad to reply.
