Someone leaves
We set up a fixed offboarding routine. Otherwise the seat is billed for months after their final day.
Licences are where IT money quietly drains away. Subscriptions renew on their own, E5 gets assigned to people who only read email, and a quarter of the seats belong to staff who have left. We tidy it up, purchase what you genuinely need via Microsoft CSP and direct vendor subscriptions, and keep the register current. We supply software only, never hardware.
The two categories we are asked about most. Microsoft 365 and other subscriptions come as part of the work, and anything else is sourced to fit the task.
Visual Studio, JetBrains, GitHub, GitLab plus build and test tooling. Licences are held by the company rather than individual developers, and we work out whether SaaS or a self-hosted setup in the EU suits you better.
Server and network monitoring, automatic inventory of devices and installed software, patch management and remote support. We choose, license and configure, so the tool gets used rather than merely paid for.
A licence review is the fastest saving in any IT budget, and no system has to be touched to achieve it.

We match the plan to real usage. Business Premium or E5 for staff who only need email and Teams.
We build one register. Nobody knows total software spend because it is spread over company cards.
We keep a calendar with reminders. Forgotten products charge you year after year.
We make it legal or find an alternative. A vendor audit can otherwise get expensive.
Licence management is finance, not paperwork. In a 50-person company the first count nearly always uncovers a noticeable share of paid seats nobody uses. The review happens once, and the saving recurs every year.
Switching licensing partner involves no downtime, and users notice nothing. Everything happens remotely in the Microsoft portal and vendor consoles.
We pull a list of everything you pay for, with seat counts, actual usage and end dates. For many clients it is the first such list they have had.
We propose plans that fit real use and tell you plainly which features disappear if you step down a tier.
You approve us as partner in the Microsoft 365 admin centre, and subscriptions move at the next renewal, so nothing is paid twice.
Joiners and leavers go through our service desk, and you get one monthly invoice with VAT itemised.
One agreement and one invoice rather than a string of card payments, a named contact who knows your setup, and early warning before renewals. With two subscriptions the gain is small; with 30 users and five vendors it shows in both time and money.
That depends on the product. Microsoft offers both monthly and annual terms through CSP, though the monthly option costs more. Our quote shows each model converted to a full-year price so the choice is transparent.
Yes. We compare what is installed and used against what is paid for, then suggest options: buy what is missing, drop a tier, or move to a free open source alternative where that makes sense.
No, we only supply software and subscriptions. Buy hardware from your usual reseller; we are glad to help with a specification so the devices fit your licences and Intune configuration.
Send us a list of the software you use, or describe the job in your own words. We will pick the right plans, price them and point out spending you can cut.
