Servers and VMs
Windows Server and Linux, whether in your comms room, a data centre or Azure. Patches go in during agreed maintenance windows and every change is logged.
Somewhere between 20 and 80 employees, IT stops being a side job. An ERP such as Business Central or Uniconta arrives, a file server or specialist application ends up on a virtual machine, and management starts asking what a morning without systems really costs. "We will get to it when we can" no longer works. You need committed response times, monitored operations and backups that someone has genuinely tried to restore.
Beyond users and their laptops, it is now servers, identities and data that decide whether the business keeps going on a busy Monday.

We tidy up Active Directory and Entra ID so rights follow roles. A new starter has everything on day one; a leaver loses access the same afternoon.
Servers, Microsoft 365 and ERP data are copied on a fixed schedule with one copy kept off-site. Each month we restore a chosen system and record how long it took.
Switches, firewall and Wi-Fi are configured and watched remotely, the network is split into segments, and a 5G fallback line takes over when the fibre drops.
On Standard we respond within an hour during opening hours, Monday to Friday 8-17. If you run shifts or a round-the-clock webshop, we add 24/7 support on top.
Every month our ticketing system produces a report: ticket volume, response targets met, patch and backup status, and the risks we can see coming.
At this size the choice is seldom all or nothing. These are the three set-ups we meet most often, pros and cons included.
Model 1
Staff only
One or two IT people handle everything from printers to the firewall.
Model 2
Shared responsibility
Your IT lead owns the business applications; we own the infrastructure.
Model 3
Fully outsourced
All IT operations sit with us under a single agreement.
No, and it would not suit us either. Your colleague knows the business and the people better than any supplier. We take the repetitive work, the monitoring and specialist areas like firewalls, Intune and security off their plate, so they can focus on improvements and finally take a proper holiday.
It starts with a free IT review, completed within five working days. The first month is then spent mapping servers, services, dependencies and accounts, and writing it all down. That documentation belongs to you, even if we part ways one day.
That depends on what runs overnight. Ransomware likes Friday evenings, and a disk that dies on Saturday makes for a hectic Monday. With 24/7 support the problem is already being handled when your staff arrive. If nothing runs outside office hours, Standard on its own is often enough.
The monthly report is pulled straight from our ticketing system. It lists every request with its priority, response time and resolution time, including the ones we missed. The figures are generated automatically, so nobody can polish them before a review meeting.
Tell us your headcount, how many servers you run and what is on them. We review the environment and send a price with a concrete task list.
Thank you for getting in touch
One of our consultants already has it. Expect a reply within the working day; anything urgent goes straight to an engineer.
