Free IT review

One Microsoft 365 tenant. Covers up to 100 users. With several tenants, a large server estate or subsidiaries, we quote for an extended review instead.

20 % off month one

Needs a 12-month term. The discount is taken off the monthly fee. Licences, hardware and projects are excluded.

GDPR paperwork

The clock starts with your input. The 10 working days count from the day we receive details of which personal data you handle and where it is stored.

No set-up fee

On every managed plan. Mapping, documenting and taking over admin access all happen in month one without a separate invoice.

Can they be combined?

Yes, with one exception. The review pairs with anything. The first-month discount does not stack on top of an individually negotiated price.

How long do they last?

Check when you get in touch. We revisit the list each quarter. Anything in a signed agreement stays as it is.

The free review ties you to nothing. The overview and risk list are yours whatever you decide. Take them to another provider or work through them in-house - we are perfectly relaxed about that.

The discount and any other conditions go into the agreement itself, not a verbal promise from a salesperson.

Questions about the offers

It is the clearest way to show how we work. It costs us a couple of days of engineering time, and a share of companies become customers afterwards. We do not chase the rest. The report is yours, no strings.

Read-only access to Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, plus permission to run a scanning tool on your network for an agreed window. We change nothing, and access is withdrawn once the report is delivered. We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement and a data processing agreement first.

Yes. The 20 % comes off the first monthly invoice of a 12-month agreement, after which the normal fee applies. Larger organisations with a bespoke price get that price instead of the discount.

The review and the GDPR paperwork, yes. The first-month discount is tied to the start of a new agreement. If you extend your plan we adjust the terms, which usually beats a one-off reduction.
