What the service covers

Around the clock we deal with incidents that stop the business. Everyday questions wait until 8am on the next working day, which is the right call financially and practically.

Talk it through with us

On-call line

A dedicated number with no phone menu, known only to your key people and answered by an engineer.

On-call team

Engineers working in shifts with cover and proper handovers, not one person with a phone on the bedside table.

Remote intervention

Restarting services, failing over to a backup connection, restoring a virtual machine or locking a compromised account.

Escalation

Specialists, your contact person and any third-party vendors are called in following an agreed sequence.

Hands on site

When an incident needs something physical, such as pressing a power button or replacing a power lead, we guide your duty person or a local technician you have an arrangement with.

Post-incident review

After each incident we identify and fix the root cause, and you receive a brief written report the next working day.

How we deliver it

Onboarding takes about a week: the on-call team has to learn your environment, and the response plan must be signed off.

01

Definition

We agree what counts as a critical incident and what can safely wait until morning.

02

Roles

Who may call, who can decide to take a system offline and who must be kept informed along the way.

03

Handover

Diagrams, credentials and recovery runbooks go into the on-call password vault and documentation.

04

Cover

Round-the-clock duty, a review of every incident and a monthly summary of alerts and interventions.

At two in the morning it turns out that only one person can log into the system that has failed, and that person is asleep. Access to the firewall, hosting panel, domain registrar and Microsoft 365 admin centre must sit in a secure vault the on-call team can use. Otherwise the engineer on duty can only watch the outage unfold.

Common questions

It depends on how many critical systems are covered and the response time you need, so we quote after a short review. Premium, from DKK 18,500/month excl. VAT, already includes the on-call line. Critical systems can also be covered on their own under a separate agreement.

Whatever the contract says: the online shop is down, the server is not responding, the warehouse cannot pick orders or everyone has lost internet access. A slow printer is not critical, however it may feel at 10pm.

No. We work remotely at all hours, and most problems can be solved that way. If physical hands are needed, we call the person or local firm you have nominated and talk them through the task.

Because one person cannot be on call all the time. People sleep, fall ill and go on holiday. A rota with cover and handovers turns standby into a service rather than a personal favour.

Put your critical systems on 24/7 cover

Describe your working hours and what must not stop outside the office day. We will define the incidents and send you a price.
