Which one?

You can change later, but getting it right first time is cheaper.

Cloud will do
Fine for the majority of organisations
On-Premise
When GDPR duties or clients call for full data control
On-Premise again
When heavy development on top is planned

Rollouts rarely fail because of the software; they fail for lack of shared rules. If nobody announces that the paper pad on the desk is officially retired, sales staff will carry on scribbling in it. So every project includes a ground-rules agreement: when an enquiry becomes an opportunity, who opens the account card, and which event pushes a deal one step further.

How the rollout runs

Go-live comes in waves: customers and sales first, then tasks, then everything else. Staff need breathing room to settle into new routines.

01

Mapping

We follow a buyer from the first hello to the settled invoice and spot where cases slip through the cracks. Stages follow reality, not the textbook.

02

Building the pipeline

Stages, fields, permissions, mailboxes, telephony and web forms. Enquiries stop vanishing into one person's private inbox.

03

Data import and training

The customer file is imported and we run short Teams sessions per role. A sales manager and a sales rep need different things.

04

The first weeks

The stage that matters most. We adjust settings from staff feedback while the new habits are still taking shape.

Frequently asked questions

This is the call we get most. Nine times out of ten the platform was configured from a generic template without matching your workflow, and nobody agreed the rules. We begin by asking users what annoys them, which fields are pointless and where they type the same thing twice. After a clean-up and fresh training, the system usually comes to life with no extra licence spend.

Yes. Invoices and payments from e-conomic, Dinero or Business Central can appear on the customer card, and new customers created in the CRM can be pushed to the ledger. The work involved hinges on the package and on how much it has been customised. Calendars and mail can sync with Microsoft 365 as well.

Seats follow the number of people logging in, not the number of departments. Frequently a large share of staff only need to see tasks, which brings the bill down below what you expected.

Your data stays put, yet upgrades and vendor help end and some functions are disabled. You get an early reminder from us, timed so renewal never collides with peak season.

We set role-based access, agree deletion periods for customer data and help put the data processing agreement in place. If you have strict demands on where data lives, On-Premise on an EU server may be the answer.
