What the solution includes

Five building blocks, all about data and operations. Handheld scanners, printers and access points are mounted by your local supplier. We make sure they work with your systems.

Agree the scope

WMS and TMS in one flow

Orders from Business Central, e-conomic or the webshop drop into the warehouse system, and picked or dispatched orders report back. One stock figure across every channel.

Carriers

Links to PostNord, GLS, DAO and Bring for labels, parcel shops, tracking and returns. Customers get their tracking link automatically, and your service desk hears far less of "where is my parcel".

EDI with customers and chains

Orders, confirmations, despatch advices and invoices as EDIFACT, XML or OIOUBL via NemHandel. We map the formats and check that every single file arrives.

Driver apps

Proof of delivery with photo and signature, route lists and exceptions straight from the phone. Devices are managed in Intune, so a lost handset can be locked within moments.

Operations and security

Monitoring of network, servers and integrations, backup of warehouse data and a failover line that takes over if a digger cuts the fibre to the terminal.

How we roll it out

A warehouse cannot close for a week to change systems. So everything is tested alongside live operations and switched over at a quiet moment.

01

Draw the flow

We map where an order begins, which systems it passes through and where someone currently copies data by hand.

02

Build in a sandbox

Integrations are built against carrier test accounts and a copy of your ERP, so no real customer is touched too early.

03

Go live

We switch outside peak hours and follow the first shipments closely. The warehouse manager has a direct line to us for week one.

04

Monitor and refine

Failed messages raise an alert with us, not with your customers. Every quarter we look at which manual steps can be removed next.

The costliest errors in logistics are the silent ones. An integration that simply stops sending, without raising an error, is noticed only when a customer rings about a missing delivery. That is why we monitor not just whether the server is up, but whether orders are actually moving through the chain.

Questions and answers

Rarely. Usually the issue is not the system but its isolation. If it offers an API or can exchange files, we can connect it to ERP, webshop and carriers. Only when the vendor has stopped developing it do we discuss a change.

Your hardware supplier or a local installer handles the physical part. We supply the configuration, enrol the devices in your management platform and make them talk to the WMS. We join by phone when they are powered on for the first time.

With a clear specification from the customer, normally two to four weeks including testing. The biggest delay tends to be test rounds with the customer's own EDI team, so we contact them early and agree the test plan directly.

No. We work entirely remotely, so distance makes no difference. Every location is monitored from the same console and shares one support line. The on-site contact at each terminal is your own person, typically the warehouse supervisor.

Tell us where orders get stuck

List the systems you use today, the carriers you ship with and where data is still typed by hand. We will reply with a proposal for integrations and ongoing support.
