Email office@apply.dk or log a ticket in the portal, with the on-call line from the agreement for urgent outages. Staff never have to guess who might know the answer.
A helpdesk is where people go with all the small irritations: Outlook refuses to start, the printer is sulking, the MitID Erhverv app vanished along with the old phone. When someone picks those requests up promptly, most are solved within minutes over a remote session.
First-line support does not need to know everything. Its job is triage: resolve the easy things immediately and route the rest to the right specialist with all the details attached.

With the employee accepting the connection, the engineer takes over and fixes the issue while the person watches and picks up tips.
Outlook profiles, shared mailboxes, Teams meetings, OneDrive sync problems and SharePoint permissions.
Account creation, licensing and a new laptop prepared through Intune, so it can be shipped straight to the employee.
Print queues, scan-to-email and drivers. An endless source of tickets that we prefer to eliminate at the root.
Harder problems go to a specialist together with the ticket history, so nobody has to explain themselves twice.
Getting started takes a few days: we set up the channels and tell your staff where to turn.
Email, portal and Teams are linked to your company, and the remote tool is pushed to every device via Intune.
A short page on your intranet or in Teams explaining where to write and what to include from the start.
We receive, resolve and escalate. Each request gets a number, and the employee is told when it is closed.
Every month we look at recurring issues and remove the cause, such as a badly configured printer policy, instead of fixing the same ticket again.
"It does not work" is the most expensive sentence in IT support. The engineer spends the first few minutes working out what has failed, for whom and since when. Three quick facts - what happened, when it started and what the screen says - often cut the time to resolution in half.
The response time is written into your agreement and depends on your plan: four hours on Basis, one hour on Standard and 15 minutes on Premium. Within that window we prioritise by impact, so a whole department locked out of e-conomic comes before a request for new software.
Almost everything involving software, accounts and settings. If a monitor has died or a network plug has snapped, we ask a colleague on site to check or swap it while we guide them. You order new hardware from your usual supplier, and we set it up over the internet.
We help with anything tied to work: email on the phone, access to Teams and a secure connection. Home printers and private Wi-Fi are out of scope, otherwise the task has no boundaries. Private individuals can book a remote session of their own from DKK 395.
Tell us how many people you employ and how IT questions are handled today. We will suggest a setup and take over the flow of requests.
