Ways to collaborate

Pick whichever model suits your business. They combine freely, so you can refer some clients and use us as a subcontractor on other projects.

Discuss terms

Client referrals

You make the introduction and we handle everything afterwards. Commission is paid from the client's payments for as long as the contract runs.

Subcontracting

We pick up the parts you would rather not do yourselves: servers, Microsoft 365, security, backup or e-conomic and Business Central integrations.

White label

Our engineers answer calls and emails using your company name. The client relationship, the contract and the billing stay with you.

Creative and web agencies

You design the sites and campaigns; we look after hosting, security, WCAG accessibility work and upkeep once they are live.

Software vendors and SaaS

If you own a product but lack people for rollout and end-user support, we can take care of onboarding and day-to-day running.

Regional IT firms

If you visit clients in your own part of the country, we can add remote operations, round-the-clock cover and security, leaving you free for the on-site jobs.

How you get paid

The rate depends on the model and on how involved you stay with the client. The exact percentage is written into your partner agreement. Settlement is monthly, once the client has paid.

Introduction only

Referral fee. A share of what the client pays during the first contract year.

Referral plus shared account care

A higher rate. Keeps running for the lifetime of the client, because you remain part of the relationship.

Single project

One-off commission. Based on the project value and paid when the client has signed off the delivery.

Subcontracting and white label

Agreed trade price. We invoice you monthly for hours actually worked or a fixed fee per client.

The client you bring stays yours. As soon as you register a lead with us, it is locked to you. We will not pitch our own offers to that company or pass it on to another partner.

Getting started

From the first conversation to the first payout usually takes under a month. There are no fees and no sales targets.

01

An online meeting

Over Teams you tell us about your clients and strengths, and we suggest the collaboration model that fits best.

02

Partner agreement

We sign a referral or subcontractor agreement covering rates and payment terms, together with an NDA and a DPA.

03

Your first client

Register the lead by writing to partner@apply.dk. If you like, we join a shared video call with the prospect.

04

Payout

Each month you receive a per-client statement. You send us an invoice and we transfer the amount to your account.

Frequently asked questions
