Microsoft 365 day to day
For everyone. Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint without emailed copies and lost versions.
When a new system sits unused, the software is rarely to blame. It was switched on, yet nobody showed people how it fits their working day, so they drifted back to Excel. Our courses run live online, inside your real systems and with your real documents. Participants log off with something they can put to use tomorrow morning.
Two formats sharing the same topics. What changes is who sits on the other side of the screen and how deep we dig.
Programmes for the whole organisation or one department, usually when you move to something new, say from network drives to SharePoint. Groups of ten at most so everyone gets their questions in, and short modules that slot into a working day.
One learner with one of our consultants, at the learner's own pace. Often booked for managers, key staff and your in-house IT lead, who needs to run Entra ID, Intune or servers without calling for help.
Topics are drawn from the support log. Sort six months of tickets and you find most of them revolve around the same handful of issues.
For everyone. Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint without emailed copies and lost versions.
For everyone. Fewer clicks on fake invoices and MitID scams, and part of the NIS2 awareness requirement.
For sales teams. Deals move out of notebooks and into the system.
For marketing, customer service and analysts. Less time on text and documents, with personal data kept where it belongs.
For your IT staff. Less reliance on a supplier for small jobs.
Training pays off where support figures are visible. We take the ticket log, pick the most repetitive subjects and design the course around them. A month later we compare: if tickets on those subjects have dropped, the course has done its job.
We keep no off-the-shelf packages. Every programme is shaped around your configuration, your internal rules and the group's skill level.
A short questionnaire for participants and a look at the support log. Covering what people already know wastes their day.
Content is organised around concrete work situations, and you sign it off. Every module ends with an exercise participants complete themselves.
We teach over Teams and record everything. Exercises run on a copy of your system with test data, so nothing in production can break.
You keep the recordings and a set of brief guides. The next new starter can get up to speed with those, without you having to bring us back in.
No, all our teaching is online. If you prefer, gather the group in your own meeting room in front of one screen and we run the session from there. Being online also means colleagues in Aarhus, Odense or working from home take part on equal terms.
Regular users usually need two sessions of two hours each. With IT staff we go further, which means several days spread over a couple of weeks. Longer single sessions are pointless because focus fades after the second hour.
Resistance is seldom about learning; it is about fearing extra work. So we begin by showing each person which of their daily tasks gets quicker. Tours of every feature in the system are something we avoid.
We issue an attendance record listing topics and date. It works as evidence of awareness training for your auditor or in your NIS2 and GDPR documentation. We do not award formally accredited qualifications.
Tell us who needs to learn what and how many will join. We will suggest a format, a programme and a timetable.
Thank you for getting in touch
One of our consultants already has it. Expect a reply within the working day; anything urgent goes straight to an engineer.
