What we put together

Six parts, half online and half in store. Till terminals and card readers are supplied and physically installed by your POS provider. We look after software, integrations and operations.

Agree the scope

The webshop

Shopify, WooCommerce or a bespoke build. We develop, update and keep an eye on speed, security patches and checkout conversion.

POS connected

In-store sales draw on the same stock as the webshop. Products, prices and customers stay in sync, and daily takings post automatically to e-conomic, Dinero or Business Central.

Payments

MobilePay, Dankort and Visa through Nexi, Quickpay or Stripe, with pay-later from Klarna or Viabill. We configure it, test refunds and keep acquirer agreements in order.

Marketplaces

Amazon, Zalando, CDON, Miinto and eBay: product data goes out, orders come home, and stock levels update everywhere the moment an item sells.

Shipping and returns

PostNord, GLS and DAO labels printed straight from the order, parcel shop choice at checkout and a returns flow shoppers can manage on their own.

Customer data and GDPR

Newsletter consent, a cookie banner and data processing agreements with every app the store relies on. You are covered if a customer or Datatilsynet asks.

When sales grind to a halt

Four situations we meet most often at Danish retailers. Each can be prevented for a fraction of what it costs when it happens.

Black Friday The store crashes mid-campaign Prevented by load testing and scaling well ahead
Minutes Payment fails at checkout Prevented by monitoring the full purchase journey
Days Stock figures disagree Prevented by one shared inventory instead of spreadsheet exports
Reputation Customer data leaks Prevented by patching, a WAF and fewer admin accounts

Peak season is won in September, not November. Load tests, a freeze on major changes and an agreed on-call rota must be in place before campaigns launch. Each year we draw up a Q4 plan with you, so Christmas trading is never improvised.

Questions and answers

Most modern POS systems sold in Denmark expose an API, which lets us link them to webshop and accounts. With an older system, we check whether it can export files. We review the options before quoting, so the price is not guesswork.

Your POS or payment provider delivers and connects them. We make sure the in-store network is ready, the till software is configured and data lands in the right systems. We do not visit, but we are on the line when everything is switched on.

For many brands, yes, provided stock and orders sync automatically. Otherwise you end up selling items you do not have. We usually begin with one marketplace and a limited range, then expand once the process is stable.

Yes, on 24/7 support or Premium. Weekends and campaign days are when turnover peaks, so that is also when a fault hurts most. We can write extra staffing for your key campaign dates into the agreement.

Tell us how many shops you run, which webshop platform and till system you use, and what is still moved by hand. We will suggest a plan with a price.
