Price by weight, dimensions and delivery address, worked out in checkout rather than after confirmation.
Delivery drives away more buyers than most shops realise. An unexpected shipping charge at the last step, or a parcel shop miles from home, and the basket is abandoned. When the price is visible in the basket and customers choose their own pickup point, that reason to walk away disappears.
We usually connect more than one carrier. Customers get a choice, and you are not dependent on a single supplier.

A map of pickup points from PostNord, GLS, DAO and Bring, sorted by distance and opening hours.
Home and business delivery with a time slot where the carrier offers one.
Labels are created automatically from the order, directly with the carrier or through a shipping platform.
The tracking number is stored on the order and sent to the customer by email or text message.
Return labels and registration of returned goods, so customers can send items back without phoning first.
Each carrier takes two to three days. Most of that goes on fitting rates and rules to your products.
We look at where your customers live, your parcel sizes and carrier agreements, and whether you ship to Norway or Sweden.
Carrier contracts and API access with the carriers or the shipping platform are put in place.
Product weights and dimensions, packaging rules, shipping zones and any handling surcharge.
We send a few real parcels and follow them by tracking from label to hand-over.
Without weights and dimensions on your products, shipping prices are guesswork. The system falls back on defaults, the customer sees a price with no link to reality, and you pay the difference. That is why weights and sizes are filled in on the product register before the shipping integration goes live.
Usually two or three: one with a dense parcel shop network, one for home delivery and perhaps one that is strong in Norway or Sweden. More options than that mostly confuse people at checkout.
A shipping platform brings several carriers, labels and returns together in one place and suits most small and mid-sized shops. With high volumes or special contracts, a direct integration with an individual carrier can pay off.
Through a rule: once the basket reaches the limit, the shipping charge drops away or is reduced. The limit should be based on your average basket value and margin, or free delivery will eat the profit.
Norway is outside the EU, so parcels need customs data and often a special VAT scheme for online sellers. Carriers and shipping platforms can generate the paperwork, and we make sure your product data is complete so it happens automatically.
Tell us what you send and where your customers are. We will choose the carriers and set up shipping rates in the basket.
