Payment provider
Nexi/Nets, Quickpay or Stripe as gateway and acquirer, chosen for your platform, volume and needs.
Taking money is a chain, not a button: payment, order confirmation, reconciling the payout in the books, and a refund when the customer changes their mind. One weak link means either an unhappy customer or a bookkeeper spending Friday afternoon hunting for where the money went.
We look beyond the fee to whether the provider supports every payment flow you actually need.
Nexi/Nets, Quickpay or Stripe as gateway and acquirer, chosen for your platform, volume and needs.
MobilePay, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on what your customers prefer.
Klarna and Viabill for invoice or instalment purchases, which make sense at higher basket values.
Invoice payment with an EAN number via NemHandel for public-sector customers and a standard invoice for companies.
Full or partial amounts are returned straight from the order, and a credit note is raised in the accounts.
Payouts and fees are posted and matched to orders in e-conomic, Dinero or Billy without manual effort.
The integration itself takes a couple of days. What takes time is the provider approving your webshop and agreement.
We compare fees and features. The lowest percentage is far from always the best choice.
Application, the provider's review of your webshop and issue of API keys.
Payment is built into checkout with 3-D Secure, callbacks and order status handling.
A real payment and a real refund before trading opens. Every time, not just when there is time.
A payment the shop never hears back about is the worst case. The customer has been charged, the order still says unpaid, and the phone starts ringing. When the shop actively asks the provider for the status instead of only waiting for a callback, that gap closes.
Expect to show your CVR number, address and contact details, terms of sale with the right of withdrawal, delivery and returns policies, a privacy policy and clear prices including VAT. If anything is missing the application comes back, and approval drags on.
It depends on turnover, sector and card mix. Differences between providers are rarely large; what matters is whether the features you need are included: partial refunds, subscriptions, pay later and a clear settlement report.
For a Danish shop selling to consumers, in practice yes. Many customers expect to pay by phone, and it shows in conversion, especially on mobile. For customers abroad, cards, Apple Pay and Klarna matter more.
Tell us what you sell and who your customers are. We will find the right provider and connect payments all the way into your accounts.
