What the service covers

Content starts from what the learner handles day to day, including the tasks that have been stuck for a while.

Talk it through with us

Level check

A brief chat first, so familiar ground is not covered twice and blind spots are not missed.

Plan

Topics are picked from the learner's tasks and the systems your business really runs.

Sessions

Online via Teams or Zoom with a shared screen in your own Microsoft 365 tenant or server estate.

Technical topics

Entra ID and Intune, servers and virtualisation, networking and firewalls, backup and security in line with NIS2.

Help in between

Questions about a live problem can be sent by message at any time between meetings.

Notes

Write-ups and network drawings of your real set-up instead of stock presentations.

How we deliver it

Each meeting lasts at least two hours, with one or two meetings per week as the norm. The programme ends when the goals are met, and hours are billed at DKK 895 excl. VAT.

Conversation

We map what the learner already knows and what they want to achieve. Sometimes a single walkthrough of one concrete problem turns out to be enough.

Plan

The learner and trainer settle the topic list and its order together.

Sessions

A little explanation, then practice in the real environment.

Wrap-up

A final check, loose ends tied up and pointers for what to study next.

The biggest gain comes from tackling the task on the learner's desk right now. Instead of a textbook exercise, we solve together whatever has not worked so far. The result is new knowledge and a closed ticket at the same time.

Mainly lone IT administrators who lack a sparring partner. It also suits directors who must grasp a subject before signing off on it, and employees switching into an unfamiliar discipline.

Because we work in your environment. Recorded lessons describe a textbook set-up. A live session explains why your particular network or tenant deviates from it and which steps to take on Monday morning.

It varies with subject and prior knowledge. One clearly scoped area is often covered in four to six meetings. We never pad the schedule: when the goal is reached after two, the programme ends.
